STANDARD/FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Free shipping is offered on orders over $49.

For orders under $49, standard shipping is charged for $5.99. 


We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with via email or phone to find a good solution.

Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of Ground shipments.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes from items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 

Normally we ship by standard express, it takes 10-22 business days.  if your address is in remote area (Click here to find the remote area zipcode), the deliver time will be 30-40 days.

Please try your best to provide us with your physical address instead of PO. BOX address. if you provide PO BOX address, we will send you an email to confirm physical address, if no reply within one business days, we have to ship by post channel which will take 30-40 days on the way.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

 

Refund Policy

Return

You may return any product ordered from our website within 30 days for a refund, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Pleases contact us to get the return address and follow below notes: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Packing note with a written reason for the return.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged(Does not include normal wear and tear).

Shipping 

When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
